The next generation photoacoustic gas analyzer
NxPAS is a high-precision, flexible, cost-effective and easy-to-use multi-gas analyzer. It features real-time monitoring and a high dynamic range, making it possible to measure a variety of gasses. NxPAS can provide value in the new green transaction of energy and industrial processes. We help to make a clean and healthy world.
Cost-effective
80 % reduced price compared to a mass spectrometer.
Low maintenance
Much lower maintenance budget compared to mass spectrometers.
Real-time monitoring
Delivers real-time data stream for effective process control.
Sensitivity and range
Detect a broad variety of gasses down to ppb-level concentrations, with a high dynamic range.
Traceable metrology
Can deliver traceability of chemical measurements in critical areas.
Precision and repeatability
Stable performance enables long-term measurement missions, from days up to months.
THE TECHNOLOGY
NxPAS uses the photoacoustic principle to analyse the gas sample. An infrared laser is used to excite the gas. Depending on the gas molecules types, energy with different wavelengths are absorbed. NxPAS is flexible and works with a wide range of lasers.
APPLICATIONS
Monitoring gasses in maritime applications
NxPAS gas analyzer can be used to monitor gasses in global maritime applications.
Measurement of Green House Gasses
Climate change is one of the fundamental technological challenges of our time. NxPAS can be used to monitor GHG-emissions or locate emission sources. It can also be used for real-time measurements of climate processes and atmospheric composition.
Food Quality Assurance
NxPAS can be used to test the chemical composition of food products to ensure quality and delivery.
Leak detection in oil and gas industries
Leaks in the oil and gas industry can pose a serious risk for workers and may be hard to locate. NxPAS can be used to detect leaks and increase safety. It also provides and easy way to test the quality of natural gas.
Detection of toxic gasses and explosives
Public safety in densely populated areas is an increasing concern. NxPAS provides an easy way for security personnel and other users to detect explosives and toxic gasses.
